We gave in.

It was time to kick the junker habit.

We did it big stylee.

Not only is this the first car I've ever had a loan out on, this is the first car that's actually been worth taking a loan out for. It's niiiice.

It's blindingly white. It has a blue interior. It looks like an escapee from the squad car plant. It has less than 60,000 miles on it and it rides like a dream. We got a good price on the only car of the 16 or so we looked at that had nothing wrong with it. It doesn't have all the whistles and bells of the top-of-the-line luxo-barge, but it certainly is nice enough for us to feel that it's some sort of reward for all the fiscal responsibility of the last 5 years. It's a stylin' ride.

Since we just bought it tonight (5/6/02), there's really not a lot else to say about it. We picked it up and Sarah took it to her book club meeting. I'll get to drive it sometime on the weekend I'm sure.
